Immunisations

On Monday July 20 students in Years 8 & 9 who have returned completed immunisation cards will be receiving the vaccine that protects against diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough. From 2016, this vaccine will be offered to Year 7 students only. This will provide earlier protection from these diseases.

If you have not returned the card but still have it, please send it in completed with your son. There are some spare copies at the ERC but they require parent signatures to receive injections. For students who are absent or have not returned completed forms they can receive their injections by either visiting their local GP or by contacting the City of Ballarat to book a time for the missed injection.

Parent Teacher Interviews -“ Senior School

Interviews for the Senior School will take place on Tuesday July 21 from 4 -“ 6pm and 6:30 -“ 8:30pm. These interviews are an opportunity to discuss Semester 1 reports. Please access the PAM module to book an interview time with your son’s teachers.

Roll Call Photographs

Roll call photographs will take place on Monday July 27. All students are required to wear their full SPC winter uniform. Please ensure that your son has their suitcoat for the day as spray jackets are not acceptable for these photographs. If the weather is unfavourable the back-up day is Tuesday July 28.
