Jeremy Coad Receives Pinnacle Scouting Award

Congratulations to year 9 student, Jeremy Coad, on receiving the pinnacle accolade of scouting -“ the Australian Scout Medallion.

Jeremy’s award was recently presented at a ceremony in Melbourne alongside a number of high-performing Scouts from around Victoria and recognises his many accomplishments in Scouts including the demonstration of an active leadership role, completion of a leadership course and achievement of the Adventurer Cord.

Jeremy is a proud member of the 3^rd Ballarat Scout Group and has a long association with the group after joining Joeys as a six-year old – and subsequently moving through the ranks as a Cub then as a Scout.

Jeremy will continue his career with the 3^rd Ballarat Scout Group with his advancement into the Venturers.
