Applied Learning bread tag fundraiser
April 28, 2021
Students involved in the College’s Applied Learning are encouraging the full school community to support their campaign to help raise funds for the construction of wheelchairs in Africa.
These students are running a bread tag collection campaign and are encouraging all to collect and donate unwanted bread tags.
Four collection containers, one for each College House, are located in the College front reception. Students are asked to place their bread tag in their house container.
The bread tags that are collected will be delivered to a plastic recycler who will recycle the bread tags for profit.
That profit is then used to help produce wheelchairs for people in South Africa.
By donating your bread tags you will not only be helping people in need but you will also be helping the environment.
