Details relating to forthcoming events in the community:

  • A Mission For Life with Father Richard Leonard SJ is being hosted by Our Lady Help of Christians Parish Wendouree between October 29-31 with hourly sessions at 9am or 7pm each day at the Mercy Performing Arts Centre at Our Lady Help of Christians School at 480A Gillies Street North, Wendouree.

    Topics include: (Monday): Going out into the world we need all the help we can get; (Tuesday): Nine steps to making better choices for my life; (Wednesday): Where the hell is God -“ holding on to Faith through the tough times. Entry is via gold coin donation.

  • Mt Prospect Tennis Association is starting a Saturday Morning Junior Tennis Competition at Creswick between 9am-12 noon on both grass and hard-court surfaces through Term 4 2018 and Term 1 2019.   • The “Dad’s Tool Kit” program, a joing venture of CAFS Family Violence and CAFS Family Services programs, has- spots available for their next programs to be held in Ballarat at CAFS (Ludbrook House) to begin on Monday October 8 and Wednesday October 10. The sessions are held between 11am-1pm- for eight consecutive weeks.- Referrals are also being taken for groups in the Daylesford, Bacchus Marsh and Ararat areas to commence in 2019.
