Darwin Tour – Day 7
April 10, 2017
Today firstly we headed off to the Territory Wildlife park and we encountered some of the native wildlife from northern Australia at the wildlife park we when and watched a Native Bird Show, where we were shown how different types of birds hunt, live and protect themselves. We then got back on the buses and headed to the royal flying doctor service and Darwin bombing museum. We experienced almost first hand war through the VR goggles, they also had a holographic film about WWII and another about the royal flying doctor service and how it had come to be, and the roles people had and we got to sit in a royal flying doctor service plane. We then concluded our day of activities at the Darwin Wave Lagoon Wavepool. All of the boys engaged in some rough conduct in the water for a good hour which left us all feeling very exhausted.
