  • Great to hear about Pat Shaw’s (SPC 1998-2004) debut call-up to the SBS special comments team for the Giro d’Italia cycling tour recently, read more here

  • Congratulations to Cooper Sherman (SPC 2017-22) who represented Australia in the World Athletics Relay Championships recently in the Bahamas. In mixed news, Cooper’s dreams of making this year’s Paris Olympics are over after his relay team missed out on the first chance to qualify for the Games. To read more, click here and here

  • Great to see Old Boy Travis Brown (SPC 2000-03, PY2005) making waves across Australia and internationally with recycled products in this story here

  • We wish Hawthorn forward Sam Butler (SPC 2016-21) all the best in his recovery after breaking his leg in Box Hill’s match against Sydney recently. Sam, aged 21, was taken from the field during the third quarter and has since had surgery. It is expected Sam will miss the rest of the 2024 AFL season. To read more, click here
