Senior School Report – December 6, 2017

Last week our Year 10’s undertook the University Experience which will hopefully help them to look a little further ahead than they otherwise might.- We are in the process of considering how else we might do this trip in order to make it more effective, as we are aware that a significant proportion of the time is spent on the bus.- However, all who attended did get a glimpse of University life and were most attentive.

On December 15, our Year 12s will get their results.- We look forward to celebrating the achievements of those who have worked diligently.- Mr Meehan (Careers and Transition) will be available to guide students toward pathways when extra support is needed.

As 2017 comes to a close I would like to thank all staff and students for the efforts they have put it in.- Many have had significant difficulties and challenges along the way and I especially commend them for turning up each day and making positive contributions.- Over this extended break I wish all students and their families a Happy Christmas and hope to see you all back safely in 2018.
