Mid Semester Reports and Years 7-9 Parent/Student/Teacher interviews
St Patrick’s College uses the Parent Access Module (PAM) to give parents and guardians online access to a range of information specific to their son(s). The Student Assessment area allows you to view and download your son’s mid semester and end of semester reports for this and previous years.
The 2018 Mid Semester Two reports for all Years 7-12 students will be available via PAM from 4:00pm on Friday, September 21. These reports will provide you with an insight into a range of classroom work habits for each subject studied by your son, his performance on assessment tasks completed to-date and a general statement on his overall academic progress to the end of Term Three.
This Mid Semester Report should not be considered as a replacement to the important knowledge which can be attained from a Parent/Student/Teacher interview. The Semester Two Years 7-9 Parent/Student/Teacher interviews will be conducted on Thursday, October 11 from 4:00pm to 8:30pm.- –
The interviews will provide Years 7-9 parents with the opportunity to discuss any points arising from the Mid Semester Report and to follow-up any matters you wish to discuss with your son’s teachers.-
Where an interview has been listed as -Urgent- it is essential that you attend or that you contact the teacher to make an alternative time to meet.- Where a significant number of -Needs Attention- comments appear on your son’s report, you may wish to contact or be contacted by your son’s Pastoral Care Tutor, Year Level Co-ordinator or the relevant Head of School.
If it is not possible for you attend the October 11 Parent/Student/Teacher interviews and there are matters you wish to address, please contact your son’s teachers to discuss these over the phone or arrange an alternative meeting time and date.- Students are expected to attend the interviews with their parent(s).- – –
Parents of Years 10-12 boys who would like to follow-up on issues or concerns arising from the reports are encouraged to email or phone the relevant subject teacher(s), your son’s Pastoral Care Tutor, the relevant Year Level Co-ordinator or the Director of Senior School, Mr Hamish McCrum.
