Old Collegians’ Association

Once a Paddy boy, always a Paddy boy.

When your son becomes a student at St Patrick’s College, he becomes a member of a very special network for life.

Established in 1899, just six years after the College’s opening, the St Patrick’s College Old Collegians Association is one of the most active alumni associations in the country.

The OCA is committed to keeping students in touch with the College and assisting the College in providing students with first-class educational opportunities.

Thanks to a dedicated committee, the OCA hosts regular dinners, reunions and other events to catch up with former classmates and reconnect with the College.

The OCA helps publish The Shamrock, the bi-annual magazine for the wider College community, assists in fundraising efforts for school building projects, and provides financial support for scholarships and Old Collegians representing Australia in a variety of pursuits.

It also contributes financially to the College’s pastoral care program, SPC Care, which provides tangible, day-to-day support to those in our community who may be enduring difficult times in their lives.
